Position Details:

Schedule: Monday – Friday, plus one Saturday per month minimum.
Type: Full-time, in-field technician role.

Responsibilities

1. Complete pest control service calls and maintain high service standards
2. Manage payment processing and client communication
3. Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and ready for service
4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their loyalty
5. Be prepared to work additional hours when needed

Qualifications

1. Possessing at least a Structural Pesticide Applicator license
2. Detail-oriented, self-driven, and proactive in upselling services
3. Clean driving record and clear criminal background check
4. Positive, team-oriented personality who enjoys client interactions and creating a welcoming experience
