Just the best people! I phoned the owner on the weekend with a pest emergency. My friend was having a crisis with finding mice poops and she was booked in for an exterminator in a week! That's too long to be in your house knowing there's nice running around. So I called the pest control guy and the owner told me he could get someone out to the house that same day! My friend was so relieved and was so impressed with the pest expert they sent. He was so nice and thorough. I couldn't be more thankful to The Pest Control Guy and how prompt and accommodating they were. They're rated number 1 in Calgary and I couldn't agree more!

Amazing company to deal with. They were very thorough with the initial estimate and gave an honest and clear plan as to how to solve the pest problem. They always communicate before hand when they are arriving to check the traps which is great. They also provide a detailed report after every visit. Very happy and would highly recommend to anyone dealing with a pest problem.

We had a serious mouse problem at our home. Antoine was referred to me when I asked who I should use. What a wonderful experience. He showed us how the problem probably started and how to control it. And it was a 100% success. No more mice. What impressed me the most was how Antoine educated us so the problems will not happen again.

Pest Control Guy were very responsive & quick to come and access my vole issue. They set traps right away and have been back every 2 months to check on the traps. I receive an email report of what is found every time they come to fill the traps. Payment was easy as well. All in all a smooth process, and I’m grateful to get this problem sorted out.
