The guys showed up the same day we called to request service and were very professional and courteous. I would recommend The Pest Control Guy to anyone with pest issues.

First used for hornet nest in eaves/soffit last summer- recurred and 2nd visit was prompt and successful, at no extra charge. Also used for residential rodent control for 1 year - bait stations checked every 2 months on schedule - program seems to be successful so far.

I'm very happy with The Pest Control Guy services! I have been using them for the past couple of years to control the mouse and vole situation in my Calgary homes. Our technician met me onsite, educated me on the situation and gave me a quote on site. They always notify me when they will be on site for treatment and have an easy payment and invoice procedure. I have further used them to safely remove skunks and install a squirrel one-way door. The best part is our technician is available quickly and efficient. Just the best people! I phoned the owner on the weekend with a pest emergency. My friend was having a crisis with finding mice poops and she was booked in for an exterminator in a week! That's too long to be in your house knowing there's nice running around. So I called the pest control guy and the owner told me he could get someone out to the house that same day! My friend was so relieved and was so impressed with the pest expert they sent. He was so nice and thorough. I couldn't be more thankful to The Pest Control Guy and how prompt and accommodating they were. They're rated number 1 in Calgary and I couldn't agree more!

Amazing company to deal with. They were very thorough with the initial estimate and gave an honest and clear plan as to how to solve the pest problem. They always communicate before hand when they are arriving to check the traps which is great. They also provide a detailed report after every visit. Very happy and would highly recommend to anyone dealing with a pest problem.

We had a serious mouse problem at our home. Antoine was referred to me when I asked who I should use. What a wonderful experience. He showed us how the problem probably started and how to control it.
