Pest Control Guy were very responsive & quick to come and access my vole issue. They set traps right away and have been back every 2 months to check on the traps. I receive an email report of what is found every time they come to fill the traps. Payment was easy as well. All in all a smooth process, and I’m grateful to get this problem sorted out. Would definitely recommend.

Very pleased with The Pest Control so far. Appreciate the reports each time someone comes out to check traps etc. Hopefully the vole situation gets under control but won't be able to tell until snow melts in spring.

I would definitely recommend The Pest Control Guy company as they are efficient, timely and thorough when dealing with rodents. Their reports let you know the situation around your house as well as they come out regularly to change the food in the boxes.

We used the Pest Control Guy three different times in the last year. One job was for gopher control. We had an infestation with more than 100 gopher holes on our church property. Our Pest Control Guy was TD. He was polite, knowledgeable, and fair with us in the pricing. He guaranteed to rid us of our unwanted pests for a period of 30 days. He made a second trip to see us to mop up a few strays and was able to achieve gopher freedom for us! The second and third trips were for skunk trapping which were caught both times and transported to new homes far away. We heartily recommend the Pest Control Guy to others for all your pest control needs! They will certainly be our first call.

We had an ant issue. The Pest Control Guy did a great job of explaining what they would do, including not spraying anything in the house which was important to us. Everything worked as they said and the ants were gone within a few days. Will definitely use them again if there is another need.

I appreciate the service is always quick and on-time. After each service, they provide a written summary of what was done and the situation observed. This gives me an easy way to track and follow the progress. My interaction with various staff at the company was always pleasant.

One weekend this summer we discovered we had a squirrel family getting in to our dryer duct through the outside vent. I googled pest control in YYC and found The Pest Control Guy. Since they had good reviews I called and they were able to come out within a couple of hours. They attached a one way exit to the vent & then came back about a week later and attached a permanent cover that there is no way they can get back in. We also had them cover 3 other exterior vents to be safe. It wasn't super cheap (about $800) but they were very professional and helpful, giving real-world advice not just a sales pitch. The work was done right the first time, and gave us a lot of peace of mind. I've already recommended them to others.

We had mice in our garage. The Pest Control Guys were excellent. We were overwhelmed and upset with the damage the mice had done to our garage. The Pest Control Guys were very kind, and explained what we were seeing, the plan to elimate the colony and were very responsive when I had questions. I would not hesitate to call them again. (but hopefully we never have mice again!!) Thanks so much to the whole team.
